The Stunning earrings were handmade by Navajo artist Oscar Alexius, in Gallup, New Mexico.
The beautiful earrings have a all natural Old Turquoise stone that was hand cut and polished!
Alexius placed the turquoise stones in a twist wire bezel and decorated the Silver with old style stampings and buttons.
Each earring is stamped with a Sterling Stamp and Hallmark!

Oscar Alexius (stamps O.A., also a two line script stamp first used in 1982.
Navajo artist Oscar Alexius has been an active silversmith since the mid-seventies. Oscar Alexius is a member of the Navajo Salt Clan and specializes in the old style traditional stamp work and satin finish jewelry. As an artist Alexius has mastered the techniques of old style, traditional, contemporary, and channel inlay in Sterling Silver and 14KT Gold. Oscar Alexius enjoys a challenge when it comes to special orders and is very successful in creating what you desire. For over 23 years Alexius has produced jewelry for The Nugget Gallery and continues to create outstanding jewelry.
