The beautiful bracelet was handmade in Gallup, New Mexico by the very talented Navajo artists, Oscar Alexius.
Oscar Alexius chose the Stunning Ribbon Turquoise or also known as Boulder Turquoise to set into the Sterling Silver Setting.
The vibrant stone is all natural with a light blue Turquoise that runs through the dark boulder.
Ribbon Turquoise is rare to find and makes some of the finest Jewelry as shown.
The bracelet is 100% Sterling Silver and has the accents of twisted Sterling rope and old fashion buttons.

Navajo artist Oscar Alexius has been an active silversmith since the mid-seventies. Oscar Alexius is a member of the Navajo Salt Clan and specializes in the old style traditional stamp work and satin finish jewelry. As an artist Alexius has mastered the techniques of old style, traditional, contemporary, and channel inlay in Sterling Silver and 14KT Gold. Oscar Alexius enjoys a challenge when it comes to special orders and is very successful in creating what you desire. For over 23 years Alexius has produced jewelry for The Nugget Gallery and continues to create outstanding jewelry.
Oscar Alexius was born on December 5, 1949. He is an active artist in Gallup, NM and is the son of Mae Belle Kilthanabah & Alex Kilthanabah. He is the brother of Jimmie Alexius, and he is a father of 4 boys and 2 girls. Most of all Alexius enjoys being a cowboy, he was a full-time bull rider and enjoys living around his culture. He has worked hard to earn his name and is known to be one of the best silversmiths in the Southwest.
